Tic-tac-toe is a paper and pencil game in which two players, X and O, alternate marking places on a 33-square grid. The winner is the player who successfully places three of their markers in a diagonal, horizontal, or vertical row. It's a solved game with a forced draw, providing both players give it they're all.

Make 3 by 3 square using hoops. Form two even teams in a line, each with four unique objects. These things might be blocks vs. balls, red vs. blue, and so on. On the whistle, teams will race one by one, placing an object in a hoop in an attempt to get three in a row (TIC TAC TOE). If TIC TAC TOE fails within those four rounds, the following player to run will place ONE of their objects in an empty hoop until TIC TAC TOE succeeds.
Make a grid for Tic Tac Toe using 9 hoops or masking tape. Six things are required, three of the same color and three of a different color. Beanbags or t-shirts might be used. Divide your party into two teams and distribute the objects to the first three players in each team; each participant in each team is assigned to the same color.
The first player runs the length of the room, placing their belongings in squares. They call out to the second individual, who dashes off and deposits their second thing. The third person then takes their place. The goal is to earn three consecutive wins while also preventing your opponent's squad from doing so! After you've completed the first three steps, you can move on to the next step.
